The terms and policies mentioned on this website govern the interactions between you, the End User, us (the Freiburg Galaxy Team) and our services.
European Galaxy Sites or “the Galaxy Service” (Service) refers to the interactive Galaxy sites provided to you by the Freiburg Galaxy Team and the European Galaxy Project that link to these Terms, including but not limited to:

- https://earth-system.usegalaxy.eu/
- https://cheminformatics.usegalaxy.eu/
- https://microbiology.usegalaxy.eu/
- https://assembly.usegalaxy.eu/
as well as further *.usegalaxy.eu websites.
The Terms of Service and the policies referenced there apply to the European Galaxy Sites as defined above.
“Galaxy Service” run by the Freiburg Galaxy Team is an analysis platform. Data can be analysed and scientific analysis workflows developed, with both data and workflows shared and deposited in sustainable repositories for long-term archiving and publication.
The European Galaxy Project website at https://galaxyproject.eu (the “Project Website”) covers news, events, the Freiburg Galaxy Team, and other project information. It is hosted separately from the interactive Galaxy sites and is not part of the Galaxy Service; it is not covered by these Terms of Service.
