The workshop on Workflow Management Systems organised by EOSC-Life WP2 took place on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2020.

Representatives from five RIs presented exemplary cases on typical image analysis pipelines during the first day. The second day started with an introduction to EOSC-Life and the tools roadmap, followed by the presentations of the different Workflow Management Systems. Later, each participant had the opportunity to attend a breakout session to ask questions to the experts.
